“It’s kind of fun to do the impossible,” Walt Disney. Using the Loop exercise was a new experience for me which was helpful in so many ways. The most important way that this exercise helped me was through all the ideas that were going through my mind. When I was younger my doctor diagnosed me with ADHD, having that medical condition has always been an issue in my life because my mind is just in every other place besides where I need it the most. The loop exercise helped me go through all those thoughts and really helped me see what I was thinking of when it came to the Literacy Narrative essay. The Freewriting part of the Loop exercise is what helped me the most to look back at my ideas and really see what I was thinking.

The main point I came up with was that I want to help people through my writing. I want to help people who have not just gone through the same trauma but any trauma I want people to know that they are not alone in this world. I want people to read my stuff and people to be able to speak and face their fears. The loop exercise helped a lot when I was going through all my ideas in my head. It has helped me understand what I was thinking about in my head for my literacy narrative essay. I would honestly use this only if I am having a cluttered mind or as many call it writer’s block. I would definitely use this method for any writing assignment.
